Doula Support

​I offer bespoke packages for the families I work with but I've included some examples packages below to give you an idea of pricing. I also have occasional availability to support people who are not able to pay the full rate, please get in touch to discuss your unique needs and budget. I always offer an initial consultation for free with no obligation to book a doula package.

Initial Consultation - Free

• A one hour meeting either at your home or by a video call to discuss what you're looking for from a doula.
• Ask me about doula support in general and my particular areas of expertise.
• Discuss what your bespoke doula package could include.
• A great opportunity to work out if I am a good fit for your family.
• A follow up email including details of your bespoke package, costs, and next steps if you choose me as your doula.

IVF Doula - £1350

• Two appointments in your home (usually around 90 minutes - 2 hours each) to prepare for your IVF cycle. We can talk through your treatment plan to ensure you feel prepared and informed and I can offer holistic and evidence based tools to support you mentally and physically through the process.
• I can accompany you to appointments with clinic staff to support you to advocate for yourself and ensure you're comfortable with the protocol. Alternatively, we can meet to prepare for the consultation before and debrief after.
• At home support following egg collection including comfort measures so you can rest. This can include making nutritious and delicious vegan food and light housework.
• A Follow-up appointment in your home after you find out if the cycle was successful to process whatever the results are and consider next steps.
• Text and phone support throughout the whole treatment cycle.

I offer a  £200 discount for returning clients having a subsequent IVF cycle.


Mini IVF Doula/ IUI Doula - £450

• Two appointments in your home (usually around 90 minutes - 2 hours each) to prepare for your IVF/IUI cycle. We can talk through your treatment plan to ensure you feel prepared and informed and I can offer holistic and evidence based tools to support you mentally and physically through the process.
• A Follow-up appointment in your home after you find out if the cycle was successful to process whatever the results are and consider next steps.
• Text and phone support throughout the whole treatment cycle.

I offer a £50 discount for returning clients having a subsequent IVF/IUI cycle.


Birth Doula - £1750

• Three antenatal appointments in your home (usually around 2 hours each) for you and your birth partner together where we will discuss all aspects of your pregnancy, birth, and early postnatal period.
• Help to create your birth plans so I can support you to the best of my ability and so you can clearly communicate with the midwifery/ obstetric team as needed.
• I'm on-call for your birth 24/7 from 38 weeks pregnant until your baby is born. These dates can be adjusted if you know in advance that you're expecting an earlier birth. If you unexpectedly go into Labour before 38 weeks I will try my very best to be there.
• In-labour support for you and your birth partner at-home and/or in hospital. Comfort measures, emotional support, a space to talk through any decision making, and supporting you to advocate for yourself if needed.
• Alternatively, if you're having a planned caesarean birth, I will join you in hospital on the day of your caesarean and can come into theatre with you if you choose (most hospitals allow one birth partner but requests can be made to allow two under some circumstances).
• I will stay for a few hours after birth until you are ready for me to leave. I can offer support with the first feed, bring you food, help tidy up, and support your initial bonding.
• Two postnatal appointments in your home (usually around 2 hours each) to help you settle into parent life. We can talk through your birth, I can offer feeding support, do light housework, and ensure you have nutritious and delicious vegan food. Additional postnatal sessions can be booked at £25 per hour for birth doula clients.
• I can also signpost you to resources and other local practitioners for support which is outside of my scope of practice. 
• Text and phone support from the time of booking until your baby is 8 weeks old.

I offer a £200 discount for returning clients having a subsequent baby or for previous IVF Doula clients. 


Postnatal Doula - £450

• Eight sessions in your home (2 hours each) to help you settle into parent life. We can talk through what happened during birth and any feelings that have come up since.
• Support will vary based on what you need on the day but can include emotional support and a space to talk about any challenges, feeding support, light housework, and cooking nutritious and delicious vegan food.
• I can also signpost you to resources and other local practitioners for support which is outside of my scope of practice. 
• Text and phone support between sessions.
• Additional postnatal sessions can be booked at £25 per hour.

One-to-one yoga sessions can be added to any package - £300 for 5 sessions.​​
