Returning to the beautiful and local Stanmer Organics for this weekend in community. You’ll spend your time between the zero-carbon Earthship for yoga and workshops, wandering in the woods, and warming your spirit and body at the nourishing and herbal garden sauna!
These retreats take an unrushed, ritualistic, and slow approach, so you can really immerse yourself in the magic of the practice, in the supportive company of your community and the land. Lou and Gabi have been joyfully been specialising in yoga for the queer and trans community together for years. These longer form gatherings hold a really special place within their hearts and work. They both hold the space with lightness and warmth, appreciating what a great honour and pleasure it is to share the transformative wisdom tradition of yoga with their community. |

The Venue
The entire retreat happens at Stanmer Organics. 3 miles from central Brighton, this special cooperative site is devoted to sustainability, permaculture, and community wellbeing projects. We will be surrounded by woodland which give us the opportunity for guided walks to really immerse yourself in nature, and soak up the magic of the woods.
The yoga, massages, and lunches will be in the unique zero-carbon Earthship. We will also spend an afternoon at Stanmer Garden Sauna, for a wood fired sauna session in the woods, with guided sauna rituals with the warm hearted and bubbly Bella.
Please note: This is a non-residential retreat and accommodation is not provided. If you are traveling from out of town, we suggest you arrange your own accommodation locally where you are able to travel easily to the retreat each day.

The whole weekend retreat costs £225 including all food, yoga, sauna and activities. We are offering an early booking price of £189 for anyone who books before the 1st February.

"Last Summer I had the pleasure of going on a retreat with Gabi in Spain for a week. For me it was a time for a pause and to be able to take stock. The yoga classes were personal and changed depending on the venues, from sunrise yoga on the roof to afternoon partner yoga in the shala. We even went to the beach.
