Just an hour and a half from North London we will join together for a weekend of rejuvenating yoga, nourishing organic food, and beautiful countryside.

We will spend the weekend at the Inner Guidance Retreat Centre near Lavenham, Suffolk. This luxurious venue has everything you need for a completely rejuvenating weekend. Surrounded by acres of gorgeous countryside with the historic village of Lavenham within walking distance.

All bedrooms are incredibly luxurious and can be made up with either a king size bed or twin single beds. The shared bathrooms are one bathroom between two bedrooms (maximum four people).
